We’ll get your order ready to ride in 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Shipping Options

Standard Shipping: A$12.95 via DHL or FedEx

  • Delivery in 10-15 business days after dispatch
  • Trackable service with delivery updates

Free Shipping: For orders over A$50 via EMS

  • Delivery in 15-25 business days after dispatch
  • Basic tracking available

Note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and customs processing. We ship worldwide except to some Asian countries and remote regions.

Our Return Promise

Not stoked with your gear? No worries, mate! We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order.

Return Conditions

All items must be:

  • Unworn, unwashed, and in original condition
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we can’t accept returns on:

  • Beach Towels & Ponchos
  • Caps and Headwear
  • Boardshorts (if the hygiene seal is broken)

How to Return Your Gear

Step 1: Request a Return

  • Your order number
  • Item(s) you wish to return/exchange
  • Reason for return
  • Whether you want a refund or exchange

Step 2: Wait for Approval

Our team will respond within 2 business days with return instructions and your Return Authorization Number (RAN).

Step 3: Ship It Back

Package your item securely and include your RAN. Send to:

Note: Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your return:

  • Timing: Refunds processed within 5 business days
  • Method: Refunds go back to your original payment method (Visa, MasterCard, JCB, or PayPal)
  • Shipping: Original shipping costs are non-refundable

Exchanges

Want a different size or color? No worries!

  • Follow the return process above
  • Clearly state your preferred exchange item
  • We’ll ship your new item once we receive the return

Note: If the exchange item costs more, you’ll need to pay the difference. If it costs less, we’ll refund the difference.

Faulty Items

Found a defect? Contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and get you sorted with a replacement or refund.

For our global surf family outside Australia:
