Are your products suitable for actual surfing?
Absolutely! Our boardshorts and performance wear are designed by surfers, for surfers. They feature quick-dry fabrics, secure fits, and durable construction to handle wave action. Even our casual pieces are made with saltwater-friendly materials.

How do I create an account?
You can create an account during checkout by selecting “Create an account” option. This allows you to track orders, save your details for faster checkout, and receive exclusive offers. Don’t worry – we’ll never spam your inbox with unnecessary emails.
I forgot my password – what should I do?

We ship worldwide* with two options:
  • Express Shipping: $12.95 AUD via DHL/FedEx (10-15 business days)
  • Free Standard Shipping: Free on orders over $50 AUD via EMS (15-25 business days)

How long does order processing take?
Our surf-loving warehouse team processes orders within 1-2 business days. You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after ordering, and another with tracking details when your gear ships.
Can I track my order?
Yes! Express orders include full end-to-end tracking, while standard shipping offers basic tracking. You’ll receive tracking information via email once your order ships. If you have any questions about your package’s journey, just reach out to our crew.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?
We offer 15-day returns from the delivery date for unused items in original condition. Just email us at [email protected] to initiate a return. Please note:
  • Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable
  • Sale items are final unless faulty
What if my item is faulty or incorrect?
We’ll make it right! If you receive a faulty item or wrong product, contact us immediately at [email protected] with photos of the issue. We’ll cover return shipping and send a replacement or issue a full refund – your choice.
How long do refunds take?
Once we receive your return, processing takes 3-5 business days. Refunds appear in your account within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider. We’ll email you when we process your refund.
